1. Preliminary Cleaning (Initial Post-Construction Cleaning)
First cleaning after major construction work.
Includes:
• Removal of light debris
• Removal of coarse dust
• Basic surface cleaning
• Preparation for subsequent stages
2. Light Cleaning (Intermediate Cleaning)
Preparation before final finishes.
Includes:
• Removal of fine dust
• Basic detailing of areas
• Window cleaning (no deep cleaning)
• Preparation for partial inspection
3. Final Cleaning (Final Cleaning / Handover)
Property ready for sale or rent.
Includes:
• Deep cleaning of all areas
• Detailing of kitchens and bathrooms
• Complete window cleaning
• Total removal of construction debris

REQUIREMENTS TO WORKS WITH US
• Experience in post-construction cleaning
• Registered company or Independent Contractor (Form 1099)
• Insurance:
* General Liability ($2M)
* Workers’ Compensation ($1M)
• Own equipment and personnel
• Ability to meet strict deadlines
