1. Complete Interior Painting
Preparation and application of paint in residential interiors.
Includes:
• Surface preparation (sanding, patching)
• Area protection
• Painting of walls, ceilings, and trim
• Uniform and professional finishes
2. Interior Painting by Area
Partial work as needed for the project.
Includes:
• Specific rooms
• Kitchens and bathrooms
• Touch-ups and corrections
3. Exterior Painting
Facade improvement and property protection.
Includes:
• Pressure washing
• Exterior surface preparation
• Application of weather-resistant paint
• Exterior finishing
4. Touch-Ups & Final Detailing
Final corrections before delivery or listing.
Includes:
• Touch-ups for imperfections
• Correction of blemishes or marks
• Final adjustments for presentation

REQUIREMENTS TO WORKS WITH US
1. Experience in residential painting (interior and exterior)
2. Registered company or Independent Contractor Form-1099.
3. Insurance:
* General Liability ($2M)
* Workers’ Compensation ($1M)
4. Own equipment and personnel
5. Ability to meet strict deadlines
